The Healthy Jewish Kitchen With Chef Paula Shoyer
Celebrate Jewish American Heritage Month as Paula Shoyer (known as The Kosher Baker) demonstrates healthier ways to prepare savory Jewish dishes. Recipes featured are a Georgian beet and quinoa salad and a tzimmes puree. Shoyer is a French-trained pastry chef and the author of five cookbooks, including The Kosher Baker, The New Passover Menu and The Healthy Jewish Kitchen. Book sales and signings follow the presentation.
