- Tap Menu.
- Tap Verify Card under "For Your Attention."
- Tap Verify Card again, then sign in with your library card.
You can also follow the instructions on libbyapp.com if you need more help.
Frequently Asked Questions
We want to answer some of your most popular questions.
Q) How do I find my pin?
A) Your pin is most likely the last four digits of your phone number unless you manually changed your password. It is the same pin you use when you log in to your account on our website. However, if you need help, we have instructions on how to reset your pin or you can call any of our 18 open branches or customer support services at tel:410-887-6509.
Q) How often do I need to verify my account?
A) Once you verify your account within Libby, you are good to go as long as you stay logged in. If you intentionally logout, you will have to reverify using your pin.
Q) What is Libby?
A) Libby is one of our digital library resources that lets you borrow ebooks, audiobooks and digital magazines from your library using your library card. If you don’t have Libby yet, you can download the app for free and get started with your library card.
