New Year: Discover the New You
New year, new you. It’s a common phrase that gets thrown around quickly after January 1 as people write down their New Year’s resolutions. However, most people usually give up on the goal within the year's first quarter. As your community connector, we want to help you with your resolutions, whether it’s to explore, learn, create or connect.
Ways to Stick to Your Goals
According to Cigna Healthcare, here are five tips to help you stick with those goals throughout the year:
- Start with small goals.
- Make it measurable.
- Be realistic.
- Make a plan.
- Stay positive.
