Friends of Towson Library Book Sale Returns for 27th Year
Friends of Towson Library is bringing back its annual book sale for its 27th year! The event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, through Saturday, April 13, and will be held on the first floor of the building, located at 320 York Road. There will be books of all genres and for all ages, including a large selection of children’s books. Prices range from $1 to $5 Wednesday through Friday with a $5-per-foot sale on Saturday. Friends of Towson Library say they’re looking forward to seeing their favorite customers again as well as new faces from across Baltimore County.

- Thursday, April 11, noon to 7 p.m.
- Friday, April 12, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday, April 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—*Bulk pricing available; $5 a foot
Where the Money Goes
In 2023, the Friends of the Towson Library book sale hit a new record, raising more than $20,000. With those funds, they were able to add new planters between the rows of computers, fund several programs, including Baby Craft Time, and interactive movies and help fund other branch needs.
