New Users: Get Started
Learn how to browse, check out and access e-books, audiobooks, e-magazines and streaming movies.
- Find e-books and e-audiobooks in our catalog or by searching the collections of cloudLibrary or Libby/OverDrive. (If you have a Kindle e-ink device like the Paperwhite, you must use OverDrive/Libby.)
- You will need your library card number to borrow digital titles. If you don't already have a library card, get one now.
- Web users, log into cloudLibrary using your library card number and PIN. Or with your library card number, log into Libby or OverDrive (both access the OverDrive collection).
- Mobile devices, get the appropriate mobile app for your device and log in to find, download and read or listen to your titles.
- Log in to Libby or Overdrive. Select Collections then Magazines to browse magazine offerings.
- Log in to the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal with your library card and password. Each login is good for 72 hours of access.
- Read the Washington Post inside the library or create an account for access from outside the library.
- Log in to PressReader. Each login is good for 48 hours of access.
Note: If this is your first time logging in to either the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post or PressReader, you will be asked to create an account. You can also read through these apps during your access time by using the same login on all devices.
Kanopy
The Kanopy Films collection includes documentaries, indie and foreign films, Great Courses educational videos, must-see classics and blockbuster movies. Watch up to 15 films per month, per library card.
- Go to Kanopy to create an account with your library card number.
- Browse or search to find a title. Select Watch or Save to List.
- You can view movies in your browser or download the app for Kanopy to view them on your device.
hoopla
hoopla Digital contains movies, TV shows, music and comics. Users get 10 checkouts per month.

- Browse or search to find a title.
