Maintains list, by specialty and zip codes, of Baltimore County Dental Association members who will treat the mentally and physically disabled, the homebound, nursing home patients and medical assistance patients. The Dental Access program offers discounted dental services to residents with limited resources and no dental insurance.

Complete line of dental services, emergency oral health services for individuals of all ages, including the underserved and disadvantaged, and advanced dental problems. Dental and dental hygiene students provide the majority of the treatment, supervised by licensed dentists-faculty. More advanced complex cases are referred to dental residents who have graduated from dental school. Special Care Patient Clinic meets the needs of children, teens and adults with physical, mental or emotional disorders: For appointment, 410-706-7039. If applicant is accepted, a dental student will notify patient and arrange further treatment. Fee varies and must be paid at the time for service. Accepts Medical Assistance and direct payment from several dental insurance plans, with prior authorization.
