Important hotline for sexual assault, rape and domestic violence victims who need information and referrals for services offered in the Baltimore and Carroll County areas. Trained counselors offer crisis counseling and safety planning. Assists domestic violence victims seeking shelter, victim advocate and legal options. Assists rape and sexual assault victims requesting companion to accompany them to the emergency room.

Provides temporary 24 hours/7 days a week safe shelter for 90 days for up to 35 individuals and family members who must leave their homes in order to prevent family violence from occurring. Counseling, victim advocacy in seeking legal solutions or support in court, case management, and other support and resources are available.
