About This Branch

Located in an area that was once farmland, the Rosedale community developed rapidly in the 1960s.  Designed by the architectural firm J. Prentiss Brown, Inc., the large angular building that houses the Rosedale Branch sits atop one of the highest sites in eastern Baltimore County.  The branch is conveniently located near the Baltimore Beltway and Interstate 95 and serves the residents, schools, and businesses in the Rosedale, Overlea, and Fullerton areas.

In addition to large print and AV collections for adults, teens, and kids, this branch offers the following:

Storyville is an interactive early literacy learning center designed specifically for children birth to five and their caregivers.  As charming to adults as it is to children, Storyville is a place where preschoolers and their caregivers can read, play and learn together in a fun, interactive, and literacy-rich environment.
